About Liz
I have always been involved in food and fitness

I was a dancer in my early life and have seen time and time again that there are many similarities between the craft of being a dancer, the craft of fitness, and the craft of creating in the kitchen.

I started dancing very young and found a discipline that continues to motivate me - long past my days of classes, rehearsals and performances. I learned what it is to work through unknown elements towards evolving goals, to organize and to prioritize, and to have the highest respect for the smallest details.

I majored in Fine Arts-Dance and Kinesiology at York University. When I realized that cooking was more than a hobby, I continued my education at a small, private chef school, Liaison College.  As with all professionals, I continue to expand my knowledge by attending seminars and upgrading my credentials.

I have been working in mainstream health and fitness with adults, young adults and children for over 10 years and have seen nearly every condition, limitation and goal cross my desk. Through personal training, menu planning, wellness coaching and cooking instruction, I am able to help my clients regain control over their health and well being. I am proud of my work and happy to do my job. I am honored that my clients allow me to share in their lives and help them to achieve their goals.

My work with children is an area that provides me with endless joy. Whether getting kids active, seeing them ‘make the team’ or do well in an audition, or teaching them to create in the kitchen, I have found that children have an incredible capacity to learn and can often teach me a thing or two! I would love to see your children grow and succeed.
