Sunday, June 6, 2010

My little nephew turned a whopping 4 years old yesterday and today is his family party. That, coupled with a major test tomorrow night and a new client tomorrow morning has made my day a little hectic. Let's see if I can't eat moderately and exercise a bit on one of those so-called "crazy days."

Happy Birthday Leith! i love you tons.

Activity: None... Lazy Sunday and too much studying going on.

Breakfast:
2 cups water
coffee with 1% milk
1 poached egg
1 slice whole grain toast with scant butter
1 tbs bruschetta mix
2 slices chicken bacon

coffee with 1% milk
1 cup water
3 arrowroot cookies (to motivate me to study)

Lunch/Dinner:
Some: veggies - carrots, broccoli and peppers - corn tortilla chips and 7 layer dip and a piece or two of french bread with a yummy spicy dip.
AND: birthday cake.
4 cups water
... I stand by my philosphy that there are no calories on my nephew's birthday!
