Cheat weekend?
Sunday, June 13, 2010

Okay... My weekend didn't go exactly as planned. Remember when I told you not to take any opportunity to "cheat" on your diet? Well - that's pretty much what I did this weekend. It wasn't a total bust -- I didn't have a soft pretzel at the movies, or pasta for dinner last night, or fried eggs and bacon today... But it's been bad enough. So... I shamfully admit to my Sunday food choices and swear to make this the week I take in an adequate amount of fresh fruits and veggies. It WILL happen. It will. It will... Because I said so.
