It's Wednesday. I'm swamped with work and school. BUT, the high amount of fruits, veggies and water I'm consuming is making me feel great! Way to go me!

Breakfast:
2 cups water
2 cups coffee with skim milk
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup cherries
3 large strawberries

Snack:
2 cups water
1/2 cup cherries
1/2 cup baby carrots
2 large strawberries

Snack:
Green salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette and 3 small slices lean ham
2 cups water

Dinner:
3 small cannelloni with marinara sauce
2 cups water

Snack:
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup cherries
1 large strawberry
3 Arrowroot cookies
2 cups water
