e-Training is ideal for clients who are unable to meet face-to-face with a trainer due to cost, transportation difficulties, work, family commitments or travel. It can also be great for those who want a program designed by a professional but do not need the in-workout support of a traditional trainer.

Regardless of your location or availability, you can receive a customized program that includes stretch, strength, and cardiovascular training. You can build on that with nutritional guidance and daily phone and email-support. As with one-on-one training, CraveWorks' e-programs are based on your personal goals, fitness level, exercise preferences and available equipment.

To help you maximize your time and get the results you desire, you will receive a training log that outlines what you need to do daily to achieve your goals as well as instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. Your progress will be continually monitored and your program can be modified at any time based on your needs and results.
