My only appointment today was teaching Bellies and Strollers in High Park. Somehow, I find myself sitting in our Lazy Boy now, waiting for dinner to warm up; and my day is gone! I did some grocery shopping, cleaned the second half of the house and did a TON of laundry. Perhaps I’ll do more on the school and work end of things tomorrow.
… After all, tomorrow is another day!
Activity: taught Bellies and Strollers and lugged 6 loads of laundry down and up three flights of stairs

1 banana
4 strawberries

Snack:
Small bowl tortilla chips with ½ cup fresh tomato salsa
2 cups water
Snack:
1 baby greens salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette
2 cups water
Dinner:
3 small cheese and basil cannelloni with marinara sauce
2 cups water
1/2 cup cherries
3 Arrowroot cookies
